What is a micro-home?
It was born in the United States around twenty years ago with the idea of living more simply.
This small wooden home is built on a trailer so it can be moved. It can therefore be relocated at any time!
No building permit is required, but a request to the town hall may be needed for long-term parking (over 3 months) — even if you own the land!
To move it, a BE driving licence is mandatory, or you must call on a transport company.
It is therefore an affordable and eco-friendly solution for living in a healthier, freer way.
The MINIDOM® home can be detached from the trailer.
So it can be removed and put back whenever you like!
